The 4th Open Strategy Workshop brings together 100–120 international academic researchers, corporate executives, and strategy consultants to tackle one of the defining questions of our time: how do organizations strike the right balance between open, democratic participation and effective executive decision-making — especially as rapid advancements in AI reshape stakeholder engagement and data transparency?

OS27 is a three-day scientific and practical journey: Day 0 focuses on PhD paper development and research roundtables; Day 1 delivers a high-caliber academic program at Aalto University's Marsio; and Day 2 moves into corporate application at OP Financial Group's auditorium.

What sets OS27 apart is the radical integration of art, corporate practice, and scientific rigour — with artistic content woven into the academic flow, not sidelined as an evening event, including an immersive partnership with the OAF Academy (Outsider Art Festival).
